L’Opéra Cakehouse (formerly L’Opéra Pâtisserie et Café) all began in a small household kitchen. Chef Eddy, a brilliant pastry chef created extraordinary cakes that were both delicious and captivating. The popularity and demand for his cakes skyrocketed and his dream of becoming a successful pastry chef is within reach. Eddy is very passionate about his cakes and decided to quit his nine to five job and follow his dream of becoming his own boss. So thus, L’opéra Cakes, the very first retail store was founded and opened on Yonge St., Toronto.
